About Kathy Crane:
Kathy is the owner of Oakglen Kennels Ltd. She has been involved in the Pet Care Industry for over thirty years. After six years working as a Veterinary Assistant, she started one of Metro's first in-home pet sitting services, CRITTER SITTERS. From there she went on to open CRITTER SITTERS BOUTIQUE & GROOMING SALON and in 1982, completed a Dog Grooming course at The Maritime School Of Dog Grooming.
Kathy is also a lifetime member of The Canadian Kennel Club , she has been involved with purebred dogs since 1974 breeding Italian Greyhounds on a very select basis, under the kennel name Kabecca.
For over 20 years, Kathy has offered quality boarding services to the Halifax metro area. Her many customers have enjoyed being able to leave their pets in her care, knowing that they are safe and happy. She is currently furthering her knowledge in the pet care field by taking training with the Tellington Touch Foundation Of Canada.
